Good morning, friends!
I don’t know about you, but after a morning run – I’m exhausted. At that point, the last thing that I want to do is make breakfast. For the past few weeks, this Pea and Kale protein shake has come to my rescue…and today I’m sharing it with you! It’s so simple, easy, and friendly for people following a vegan and/or gluten-free diet.
Pea & Kale Protein Shake:
- One scoop of Olympia Labs’ Vanilla Pea Protein
- 1/2 Banana
- 2 cups kale (I use frozen kale in the summer to keep the shake nice and cold!)
- 8 oz. unsweetened nut milk. (This is my favorite)
That’s it! Too easy, right? And it’s packed with over 35 grams of protein – a sure fire way to refuel after your run and start your day off with success.
